Mark Goldstone
After passing his MBA Mark spent 6 years in China working for both UK and Chinese companies. Mark is dedicated to ensuring that clients’ interests are protected and their strategy is correctly aligned for market access. He advises clients on all aspects of their deals in China especially due diligence, deal structure, contracts and the legal transfer of funds in and out of PRC.
Mark also owns a consultancy based in the Free Trade Zone Shanghai.

Michael Qu
Michael is a senior partner at Law View Shanghai after taking his Master In Law from Renmin University Michael has gained 15 years' experience as a member of the Chinese Bar Association. Michael works across real estate, retail, hospitality, healthcare and asset management dealing with commercial transactions and disputes. Michael’s practice also includes representing foreign investors, start-ups and high-growth companies in their equity finance, joint venture, cooperation agreements and M&A. Michael has represented world recognised brands Accor Hotels, Marriott Vacations, ORPEA, Merrill Gardens, METRO, Ping An, Future Land. He also teaches at China’s Legal Training Centre

Wang Lin is a fully qualified interpreter and translator taking her Masters from the University of Bath. With 8 year’s experience across all commercial sectors Wang Lin is able to ensure the accuracy of communication both in language and culture. Wang Lin can provide everything from simple translation to simultaneous interpreting in complex and technical deal negotiation. Wang Lin ensures that you always understand and that importantly your Chinese partners understand you.
